- A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
- The balance of your booking is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- No pets are allowed anywhere in the holiday accommodation.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere in the holiday accommodation.
- The number of persons occupying the holiday accommodation shall not exceed the numbers of the party stated on the booking form.
- The holidaymaker shall not sublet the holiday accommodation or any part thereof during their period of stay.
- The holidaymaker is liable for the total hire charge unless written notice of the intention to cancel the booking is received prior to the commencement of the holiday.
- Arrangements will be made by the owner for the handover of house keys to The holidaymaker at the beginning of The Period of Hire and the collection of the keys on the departure date.
- The holidaymaker shall leave the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday let.
- Any faults or breakages must be reported as soon as possible to the management.
- The owner and their representatives retain the right to enter the holiday accommodation at any time.
- In the event we have to re-book a cancelled week(s); there will be a £50 administration fee.
- The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy state; as to how you found it. If additional cleaning is needed you may incur a charge.
- Keys: Normally we will post the 2 keys to the tenant(s). It is the tenant(s) responsibility to ensure that the 2 keys are safely returned to us. Although we send an stamped/addressed envelope for there return, it may be advisable to send 'special delivery' as it is our policy to change the lock and all 10 keys to the property at a cost of £125 if any keys go missing (the keys are 'restricted patented keys).
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make you liable to lose your booking or your right to stay in the property without refund.
